Italian legal framework :
We are a registered no-profit NGO enrolled in the RUNTS (National Single Register of the Third Sector) and operating under the Italian low. Our statute, fiscal reports and mission are public.
A single, clear bridge :
We transfer funds directly to our verified partners in Africa. There are no intermediaries, no unnecessary overheads, no hidden percentages for administration.
You might wonder, why our local partner needs this bridge? Because they are not eligible to submit to European funding calls. Institutional calls are most likely allowed for established in EU Member States or countries associated programs. Donation traceability :
Every donation is receipted, invoiced, and certified by our fiscal accountant. For many European countries the donation is also fully tax-deductible (i.e. for Italian donors art. 83 of D.Lgs. 117/2017). You will always receive proof of your gesture.
(In other countries, donations to non-profit organisations may be fully or partially tax deductible. In other jurisdictions, tax benefits may not apply automatically. We recommend that you consult your national tax authority to determine whether your donation may benefit from tax relief in your country.)
*We ask your contribution to support the expenses for transaction fees, payment processing rates, website platform fees, insurance, certified accountant and bank account.
Annual public reporting :
Every year, we publish a detailed financial report and a project report. You will see exactly what we collected, how we spent it, and what we achieved. Every tree, every training, every school visit (our NGO was founded in July 2026 therefore our first financial report will be published within next July 2027).
Complete accountability :
We document every project phase with photos, videos, and reports from our local team in Africa. If you adopt a tree, we will follow up your adoption and every 6 months we will provide you with a health report, including its identification tag, geolocation, images, and changes in size. This service is included for the first year of adoption, thereafter, a fee will be charged to cover the service for up to a maximum of five years. Visit the adopt page to find out more. .
